"Can you ship colored offset paper to my country?" This is the question we get asked almost every single day. The short answer is: yes, we can. But since "yes" alone is not very helpful, I decided to write this post and explain exactly how our shipping works — how we pack the paper, what delivery methods we offer, how long everything takes, and what you need to do to place an order.
Let me introduce ourselves first. We are Shandong Zhenfeng Paper, a real manufacturer of colored offset paper. We are not a trading company and we are not a middleman, which means the paper you order comes straight from our own production line. The color, the grammage, the sheet size, the pallet count — everything is under our control from the very beginning. This is also why we can offer factory-direct prices and keep the quality consistent order after order.
Now, the part most buyers worry about: how do we protect colored offset paper during long-distance shipping? Moisture and pressure are the two biggest enemies of paper. A single rainy day at the port or a poorly stacked container can ruin a whole order. So we pack every shipment in three layers. The first layer is a moisture-proof film wrapped tightly around the reams. The second layer is a strong export carton. The third layer is a wooden pallet, usually holding about 1.5 to 2 tons, stabilized with stretch film and corner protectors. With this packing, the paper can easily survive 30 days on the ocean and still arrive flat, dry and ready for the printing press.
For delivery, we offer three shipping methods for colored offset paper. International express — DHL, UPS or FedEx — is the best choice for samples and small trial orders; it normally takes 3 to 7 days to reach your door. LCL (less than container load) is a good middle option for orders between one and five tons, and the cost is calculated by volume. FCL (full container load) is the most economical for large quantities: a 20-foot container holds roughly 13 to 15 tons, and a 40-foot container can take much more. We can also do DDP or DAP terms, which means we take care of freight and customs clearance and the colored offset paper is delivered directly to your warehouse.
As for lead time, standard colors are usually finished within 7 to 10 working days, and special colors or big orders take 10 to 15 days. Then the shipping time depends on your destination — around 35 to 45 days to Europe, 45 to 60 days to Africa, 30 to 40 days to the Middle East, and 25 to 35 days to Southeast Asia. During production we send you real photos and short videos from our workshop every few days, so you always know exactly where your order stands.
If you want to place an order, the process is simple. Just tell us the color, the grammage (we produce 60 to 180 gsm), the sheet size and the quantity. We will send you a proforma invoice for confirmation. After a 30% deposit, we start production. When the balance is paid, we arrange the shipment and hand over the full document set: packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
So if you are looking for a dependable supplier of colored offset paper and you need it delivered to your country — Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South America, anywhere — just send us a message with your color and grammage. We will reply with the price and the shipping cost within 24 hours. No matter where your warehouse is, we will find a way to get the paper to you.
